Operations

The follow-ups nobody has time for, done on time.

New leads, stuck orders, unanswered forms, missing details. Delvra watches the events you choose and turns them into tasks, messages and updates in your CRM.

Three everyday problems

01

Leads wait hours for a first reply

02

Tasks fall between the website, the CRM and WhatsApp

03

Automations report success while nothing is delivered

Example workflow

Trigger
An event from a connected system, such as a new lead
Example workflow
  1. Check the event and remove duplicates
  2. Enrich it from the CRM
  3. Create a task and send an approved first message
  4. Report what was done and what is still open
Approval rule
Bulk changes are proposed, never run silently.

Illustrative interface. Sample data, not a real customer.

Systems involved

  • Built-in CRM
  • Fireberry, monday.com (planned)
  • Your REST API (custom)

Limits of autonomy

  • We do not promise to automate every process; we start with one
  • Visual workflow builder is not part of this version

What we measure

Measured weekly: time to first reply for new leads, tasks created and closed, and events that failed verification.

How setup works

  1. 01

    Map

One workflow, one success metric. We check that your systems expose what is needed.

  2. 02

    Connect

Read-only connections, your approved knowledge and a short list of actions.

  3. 03

    Test

At least 50 scenarios, including wrong customers, duplicates and attempts to break the rules. A shadow week before customers see anything.

  4. 04

    Launch

Gradual go-live by channel or task type, with monitoring and a pause switch.

Questions

Do you replace Make or Zapier?

Not necessarily. A Make scenario in your own account can be one of Delvra’s actions, with its own permission.

What if my CRM is not on the list?

If it has an API, we can build a reviewed custom connection. If not, we check alternatives before committing.
